Master Ho Yong Lee has been studying the Korean Art of Self Defense (Taekwondo) for 25 years. He is a 4th Degree certified black belt under the great Grandmaster Yong Kil Kim (9th Degree Black Belt) of Do San Taekwondo. In 1995, Master Ho Yong Lee started Saber Martial Arts Academy which incorporates taekwondo, karate, and street self-defense. He has won numerous state, jr. national, and international tournaments. His biggest achievement was earning a B.A. in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles. Most martial arts teachers emphasize education when they have not earned a degree themselves. Master Lee's mission statement is "You must lead by example in order to build leaders one black belt at a time".
